Ganbina staff have joined the growing list of people giving up a portion of their pay to help the community.
Executive officer Adrian Appo said six staff from the Shepparton organisation had signed up for weekly payroll deductions for the Community Fund, which contributes to community organisations and charities across the Goulburn Valley.
"Ganbina has contributed to the Community Fund for years as an organisation, so we see this as an extension of that,"' Adrian said.
"We like the idea of the fund and giving to the community."'
Ganbina staff work with young indigenous people to help them forge their careers and determine their goals.
Adrian said the fund supported a variety of indigenous organisations, which Ganbina supported.
"It's pleasing for us to see the staff being involved,"' he said.
Adrian said while people could contribute as little as a dollar each week, it added up.

"It's helping the community, really, that's the main thing."'
